Paying, and getting your money back
Last changed 6 September 2026.
Airframe isn't taking payments yet. Everything is free at the moment. This page is here so that the terms are settled before anybody is ever charged, rather than written afterwards.
What you'd be paying for
A plan raises how many photos your account may keep, how much room they may take, and how large one photo may be. That's all it does. It doesn't buy features other people don't have, and it doesn't change anything about who can see your photos.
The plans page lists exactly what each one allows, and every limit is written down there rather than described as "unlimited".
Stopping
You can cancel at any time, from your own account page, in two clicks. No email, no asking, no reason needed. Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep the plan you paid for until the end of the period you've already paid.
Nothing you've uploaded is ever taken away for stopping. Every photo stays where it is and stays visible. If you're over the free limits afterwards you simply can't add more until you're back under them. Your photos are not held hostage, and they never will be.
Getting money back
- Within 14 days of a payment, ask and you get it back. No reason needed, whether it's your first payment or a renewal you forgot was coming.
- Charged by mistake? Say so and it's refunded, whenever that was. A renewal you didn't want, a second payment that shouldn't have happened, a plan you never used: those get sorted out, not argued about.
- If the site is badly broken for a stretch, or it closes down, you get back what you paid for the part you didn't get.
- If your account is removed for breaking the rules, the unused part of what you paid is still refunded. Losing your account is the consequence; keeping your money isn't.
How to ask
Write in and say so. It's one person reading, so give it a day or two. A refund goes back to the card you paid with and usually shows up within a week, depending on your bank rather than on anything at this end.
Who takes the payment
Stripe. Card details go straight to them and never touch Airframe, which has no way to see or store a card number. Stripe is the seller of record for these payments, which means your statement will show them rather than Airframe, and they handle the tax.
None of this takes away any right you already have where you live. If your local law gives you longer to change your mind than 14 days, you have longer.
